I didn't like it when my lvl 14 warrior fought against another below lvl 15 ranger and lost because he had an elite skill/good armors. But...

That's pretty enlightening. One thing that suprises me is the damage output though. 100+ base damage on a bow ranger is pretty kickass :/

By the way my bad when I said they don't stack I must have meant RtW and Fav Wind. just clearing it up.
