Closer to the stars quest plus Followup mission is for ascending in Cantha but i ascended plain old way in Tyria
Materials list : Elonian Leather , Spirit Wood Planks , Damask, Vial of Ink and tanneds are the low number materials
not all quests you get outside of a town are reset with zoning only some are (like the supply one and the patrols one) those been repeatable quests
