Geist, you should first get a vampiric axe and then use cyclone to gain ur health back up (well you dont have to but it does help with mending)...
to test just equip it while its unided and then go out of town. if you notice ur health increased when its health mod, etc. the other mods like...
i say bug. i doubt its a hack unless u dl something like map hack or such.
