^^ You can change the speed of it I think in the BIOS.
Zero, did you try rolling back your Drivers to 66.80 with the Device Manager? Maybe not compatible with the card your using, as it is quite old....

List the rest of your System Specs and what PCI card your running (including your PSU - Power Supply), and what colour slot do you have the card...
Try un-installing the game and re-installing, or try the Client.
Right-Click Desktop Properties Settings Advanced GeForce or nVidia Tab Find a setting for Image Quality and move it to high (far right).
I'd also try keep the 'DirectSound' thing ticked.
Because you need administrator priviledges on the System your using...It kinda speaks for itself, would've thought you'd understand that....
It depends on your RAM, Processor and Graphics Card as well.
