Id start in Cantha. You level up faster. The missions give you plenty of Exp. Easier to ascend. I havent had any problems with the number of skill...

i thought a NPC was going to be added to update existing greens and armor with the new stats?!? So a 10/10 dragos flat bow will get updated to 20/20.

tried it 3X and could not finish the quest....since the update I went SS which makes quick work of them, but it does not recognize that you beat...
