You have to host the picture somewhere first before you can link to it. Also, .bmp files are normally large so I'd change the pictures format...
Simple solution! Don't be a mug and pay up front, it's not that difficult a concept to understand.

How big is your GW.dat file? If it's over 4GB then the FAT32 formatted drive is most probably going to have a problem with it.
