You would think having announced the contest a near month ago, they would have the infrastructure in place to just insert the winning entry images...
See it now with my ATI 5770 and saw it with my older Nvidia 8800 gts. It's pretty bad. Only really noticeable with armors from EOTN and beyond.

I rarely start from scratch I'll use photo-ref or mock something up in 3D real quick, then draw over the top. It really allows for fast workflow.
