don't know about collectors. I'm taking a functional approach on it.
#3 of swords can go more than 70k imo.
req doesn't matter for a fire ele. I use 16 fire on mine so that's not an issue with wands. I agree with mug2monkey.

May be wrong but you may salvage for the defense mod.
i'd say salvage #7 and pray for the zealous mod.
dunno how much round shields are popular but you should get at least 60k on it imo. Even more since it's req 7 only.
boy does a 15% dmg mod affect THAT much? I knew it would never ever get as much as it would have had having the +15%^50 but to reduce it to merch!...
ok i admit it has no bonus dmg but all the rest is perfect! you sure there's no hope for this?
