I sold a bunch for 4k each recently and have seen several people looking to both buy and sell at that price.
Salvage the mods then 3-5k clean. Very common.
Sickle- Canthan or Tyrian skin? Edit clarification into your original post please. Bow- ~3k. Pretty common. Modding won't raise the value....
Perfect salvage the mods then 10-15k clean. Swapping to caster mods won't make a difference.
