Agreed! To clear up the not max comment for you: it's max damage, but the "Halves skill recharge of spells" is only 17% - 3% off max...
Replace the +5 energy with a 15^50 (use perf. salvage kit - sell the +5e inscription for 3K) Sell the bow for S/B:15K-B/O:25K - see lots of people...
