Well, there is kunvie's staff which you can farm with a IW Spirit Bonding Mo/Me. I think.

Ive tried this and it works well, but ive noticed the anti-farming code gets activated FAST. 20 runs with /resign and it activated.

Use paint. Just open the .bmp in paint and go to File>Save As and change the file type to a JPEG file.
