Well I'm not sure how this would work PvE but I'm sure it would do just fine PvP Well anyways it specializes with the skill Fragility 13...
Are there any marksmanship or expertise skills that could be used with the Mesmer skill Fragility? I can only think of Hunters Shot right now.
