You don't need a cancel for a 0-spec Flail, it lasts only 5 seconds and ends by itself soon enough. Kiting really isn't a big enough issue...

The only other Necro skill like BR is BiP, which is elite. Better just get Ritual. As for my SS builds... I don't take BR. I prefer allies...
