Never suggest selling stuff with mods personally - usually easier to sell in pieces for me 3-5k scythe 5-8k on 30hp

Sold my r9 prot the other day for 40e..... not too sure on the others - would think around 40-50k on the channeling and a bit more on the resto
think you could get 15-20k easy for that or a bit more
Agree on salvage and sell - shield 5k if you want to sell fast though
Sold my r8/16 oaken for 100k 15e fast - could get more imo 5. at least 15-20e perhaps a bit more 6. 50k+ imo takes a bit to sell them though 7....
Personally agree with your thoughts - I prefer the +5 as much more damage is done with the string of attacks - but using zealous and good...
Can easily get 20-30k+ on that imo..... nice skin, near max, etc
70k+ on shield others 10-15k is what most blue r8 insc items go for
