The problem I see is that it requires too many BM skills to get decent damage (nearly a full bar), and if you reduced the number of skills needed...

You cannot compare any attack boosting skill to an instant damage attack. Damage applied instantly is many, many times better than damage applied...

Did anyone else look at the skill on Wiki after reading this? Jesus Christ, they raped that skill... It now has a 20 second reset, with a 17...

Have you used Hundred Blades before? It has a much smaller AoE range than character-centered AoE attacks like Cyclone Axe.

It might be all of the heroes. I gave Jora Poison Tip Signet, and she literally never uses it.
