I have had 0 lags but while i was doing dragons lair on my new mesmer, 3 people lagged out after getting spiked with them. I still completed it...

i did it just a few mins ago with no healing, backfire and some interupts.. take a few spells that are long to cast so u can power spike them. Oh,...

u cant buy it.. the inherit bonus (damage mod for rangers and warriors) comes with the weapon.
