do they only drop with the appropiate campain i.e. uw/fow tomes only drops in prophices?

I did so it must be my computer/game i'll have to clean up the junk on it to see if that fixes my problem thx for your input
Is it just me or does it seem like skill recharge times take longer to recharge then what they should actually be? Example Barrage should be 1 sec...
