follow your red dots on the map to where it ends, your pet will be there, or zone out of the map, and you pet will be with you automatically.

I have only seen Gwen heal for 20 at a time? How did you get her to heal for more?

you dont actually customize them, you have a choice of about 8 diffrent guild halls, you get to pick which one you want. You can go to Lions Arch...

Does anyone know which of the armors have already been updated, or if any of them wont be updated so we know which ones are safe to buy?

you must have been holding onto that cape for a while, because in one of the recent patches it was changed from a salvage item to a quest item.

you could probably do a search and find the answer pretty easily but - A guild hall is something your guild buys that at this time is only used...

slightly off topic - what would be the point? you dont automatically become lv 20 at ascension, so wouldnt it just be easier to do the missions...
