Paypal doesn't need a credit card to use the account. Any bank account will work.

I have a Canadian debit card attached with my Paypal. My debit card does not work with the GW store as it does not have the Visa/Master Card Logo...

Well Neither bank have gift cards or cheque cards or anything like that. However TD bank has interac online.. Dont know if that'll be helpfull
