You WILL need to copy over any templates you have saved. If you copy over the entirety of your GW folder (usually C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\)...
FPS is easy - 60. Unless you're using an old CRT monitor, in which case anything up to 85. Ping? Anything less than 100 and you're laughing.
Log manually - can't think of a logical way around that. Unless somebody wants to hack out a GWx3?
