IMO.. (i have played them all) necro is the easiest, if you go with blood magic, and do the life tap dot on all mobs on you... lol.

anyone can use any weapon... You dont' have to have 'the skill' to use weapons.. If it has a requirement, sure, you wont' get full...

I could have had strange luck, but it seemed that differant districs have differant prices.
