yea but 1500 plat could be traded for using a bunch of ectos and shards. plus it could be spent fairly fast outfitting someone's character (s)...
perhaps I should be more clear I will pay 6k for the first max dmg SICKLE axe offered to me even if its clean. Obviously if it has great mods more...
its hard for me to say on the shield. i have seen people looking for one exactly like this with the -2 and -2. but the 13 tactics might get you....
