Both would be ok, but the graphics capabilities on both of them are quite poor, it would play guild wars but not with all the eye candy enabled.....

No, it is a 64bit motherboard and your XP chip is 32bit, it will not fit in the board, so you will need a comaptible socket 939 athlon 64bit...
