I think it covers, in total, probably no more than .3% I've seen the banishment area alot, Shiro went for my Ele about 2/3 of the time.

The formula i've heard is that it decreases 10% every 24hrs or every day.

My first char was an Elementalist/Mesmer, fun for the massive damage-dealing, but I agree that W/Mo is easiest to play when you're just learning.
