I'm loving the skill, it fits nicely in a build with a lot of physicals. (paragons, warriors etc.) It also makes a lot of hexes a lot less...

well, at 14 spec it's a 47% shorter duration, add the 20% from shield, 20% from rune, you have yourself 87% shorter conditions! Does it stack...
