THe henchmen don't use thier celestial skills intelligently and some don't seem to use them at all. I'd reccomend using SPoil Victor...

UAX actually refers to having all skills, runes, mods, and heroes unlocked.

THe only problem that I could see with this is that the PvP packs give you a UAX. Maybe instead, they could add something based on Faction earned.
