They may be possible but I got overwhelmed MUCH more easily and it slows the run to the point where I just gave up.

It is worth noting that many of the Epidemic + ViM builds no longer work due to a change in ViM's mechanics.

I found a small fort with several Monoliths, it contained a chest that gave me crap. I think all the chests have 100% gold drops.

It still works... just not as well. To deal with the Finale nerf I just threw in an extra GftE on myself to help gain more energy. It works fine...
