Rangers energy = 32 (with druids) and vampiric touch 15 energy. You can use it twice, and your energy is gone. Was it worth it?

It's a total suicide if you use OoB at low hp.

Pretty good, I use almost the same but without ViM, Savage Slash and Hamstring
