I really liked the pvp of ultima online, it was really crazy and fast-paced.
After lvl 20, you still gain xp and you gain a skill point instead of a level.
You have to bring oink to some guy for secondary mission I believe
After in ascension, in dragon's lair, instead of starting mission, juste exit the arena and you'll exit to the tomb.

I've unlocked new grips/whatever while identifying magic items, I don't remember which but I remember identifying a salvageable item and...
Only place I saw was at droknar's forge, which is right after ascension and the desert.
