You don't necessarily play every stage in tombs on the way to the hall. Many times you skip some of the levels. The first map is a 1v1 map...

Unfortunately you won't be able to do it by the time you're level 20. You'll have to farm XP or faction to get everything.

I think blackout is a skill. The description is wrong.

Anyone know of a quest that gives this skill?
