He's not a guaranteed spawn in Mineral Springs anyhow. There's 6 boss tengus and only 5 boss spawn points in Mineral Springs...one of them...

You can't get a 28+ fortitude mod on a purple bow. Most is 24 or 25 I believe. You could get a +12% damage with -5 energy which would probably...
