13 req kills the bow. Probably look towards 30k or less.
Your halfmoon won't go for more than 40k, and that's spending hours upon hours trying to sell it in trade districts. Really bad luck with...
You'd have a hard time selling it at all. It took me weeks to find a buyer for a 15% enchanted 11 req falchion at 30k.
