That's a very common drop and those "Reduces Dazed/Weakness/Blind/Poison 20%"-mods are very unwanted and kill the price completely....

Yep, before the update there was no HSR of all Spells 20%, only HSR 10% (gold text) or HSR 20% of Attribute (gold text). And those old staves...

I'd try a starting bid in the 50k area. Not many want 20/19, although they are quite usable..... it's just not pretty

I'd guess somewhere around 35e-50e. Just put on high End and see where it goes.
