Ye agreed with Pleikki. That's what I was wondering too. The "bug" only occurs on the old Staffs, but you listed a global HSR 20%.......
It's not an inscription, it's a Bow String. Since +5/-1 is max, merch it. Even the max version is less than 1k.
Sold mine a few months ago for 100k+10e. Saw another one go for +5e I think.
