I hope they plan to re-run the event tommorow because this is down right silly now.
To clearly the hat system in general is broken, no one in my whole alliance got on in the last event run.
Was in LA District 23 America, the whole time. No hat. bah!
Possibly, because the hats in general have 'changed', once I get one myself I'll check it.
