havent looked at the entire thread so I'm not sure if anyone else mentioned this already but... Obsidian Flesh+Mistform=Invincible...
why are you so worried about touchers? there are so many ways to counter them already, just look at all the toucher hate threads on guru, so many...
the Avatars are the main thing, if I'll look back at the skills before all the skill updates I can probably find some more...

I think that is has something to do with the code or perhaps with skill/attribute balancing issues such as expertise...

they do stack as all stackable mods do. I no of no cap limit for blocking %age so I assume there is none. so in your case it will be 0.5x0.5=0.25...
