I'm very sad that I don't have 150k-ish for this armor, it's the best set I have seen thus far. Don't really care for it in black...
Finally got it. This was the armor I was looking for when I crafted 15k Sunspear. Sadly it doesn't dye very well...right now it's R+Br+Gry
Wouldn't he be the one from the Mists? The one who has "variable" for a profession?
As far as I know, they have Vabbi, Ancient and Primevil sets. That's all I have seen so far though.
