rubber banding but its not alot, maybe 2&3 times every hour, not bad just asking why when my machine is so good

just wondering is it possable to like get everywhere on the map and get everything and beat the game without doing the quests??

ok i have a high end pc, well above system requirements : amd athlon 3200 64bit ati radeon 9800pro 1.5gb of corsair dual channel ddr3200 hitachi...

good, i hate those things, somtime im fighting loads of things and nearly dead and then i hear that damn noise!!!!! i hate them soooo much
