Yeah there is, you can e-mail a question to them. You'll eventually get your issue resolved, but it takes quite a while.

Yup, the customer support for GW really blows. There really needs to be a live chat support, imo.

Post-searing you can find Armor and Weapon crafters in town. You need the materials and the fee and the NPC will craft your item.

I'm a warrior, so if I get the rune I will use it. I'll be able to get one of those expert salvage kits later.. wish me luck!

Oh, that's how it works? Darn.. is the % rate high to get a rune out of it? I was pretty excited when I got it, but now not so much, hehe....
