go to microsoft.com, do a search for DirectX and download it, also do driver updates for your sound card.

do a driver update for your motherboard, make sure its the right soundcard, then see if it works, download the newest TS, then you need to install...

what router are you using? that would help a bit, also shut off your other firewall. have you updated the firmware for your router?
