i monked so i dont know ... maybe targeting the npc then telling ur monks to use healing seed or prot spirit or something

boon protting works for early missions but u get pwned by uber AoE!! Run Light of Deliverance and Heal party monks.... if u want a bar here it is...

If you are worried about getting all the heros then don't worry about it.. at the end of the game you meet all the heros to unlock them all.

All you need to do is get to shiro have atleast 2 monks... one must have light of deliverance and heal party... both must take guardian and prot...
