Dont realy know, just try to complete any open quest or ask around in the game for things that needed to be done, Remember the Quest Pointer on...

I did the same thing, i wanted another class and i was supposed to be the guild founder, so i disbanded ( hoping i could create the guild name...

Perhaps you are better of than by creating a PvP Character. The Guild have already started. I created one Yesterday so.
