wurms are the easiest way, like said above take 3 heroes and 1-2 henchies + Show of Force killing the 3 Margonite Boss with the bounty in HM lvled...

yup, just getting points while vanquishing will max your title

yup they are VERY rare what i'd like to know though ...what's the rarity difference between golds from NM and HM, if any
