Thanks for posting this. You've given me yet another reason to get my sin through EotN.

I really liked both, though the second was my favorite.

It does carry over when you switch. You'd just have to switch back to your enchanting weapon each time you want to get the bonus.

Note that it is EXPECTED. While it will hopefully be included, there still is a chance that it won't be.
