obviously it was in Kryta....for the decayed orr items....i would say probably one of the 3 missions....seaboard...gates of kryta or divinity coats...
well more of a frustration story here.....was going thru the undead outside of hotsprings and totally cleard the area except for 6 mobs i...
hard mode is supposed to "hard" if you want to fight normal mobs fight in normal mode....although I agree that the drops are...
pretty sure you can't unlock something that you aren't allowed to use
I have droped around 80k on lock picks and haven't seen one item that wouldn't have dropped out of any other normal high end (600g+)...
