If you're at 96.7% you've definitely missed at least one explorable area. Look at some maps to see which ones you missed.

Also, filling your HoM could potentially take a long while depending on how much progress you've already made.

If you really wanted to you could salvage the zealous. I don't see much demand for them but you could get about 1k if you found a buyer....
