I would just advise a windows reinstall without a format.

How long did you let memtest run for? Looks like a memory error to me. Although could be software. Have you tryed formatting/reinstalling windows?

Have you tryed updating video drivers? It sounds like a driver issue.

Sounds like a bug in the graphics driver. I dont think any card would work near 212f.
