already said in this thread just use a dye on the sword, the icon will be full colored but if you see it in your hands the flame will remain...

simply it doesn't change only the hilt get the color

one is Eternal Bow the other is Storm Bow

nono it's a "normal" purple Cruel Dragon Sword of Fortitude with a green dye I don't think Eternal Dragon Sword exist (i hope hehe )
