well, you need to be using a weapon with an Ebon upgrade, it says in the skill descprtion while are holding an earth weapon, things that change...

Poise- Shadow prison is easily countered by monks with hex breaker. at OP - I forgot to mention that dark escape is good for running.

I think you do get the adren from it, it hits twice, at the same time, like Hundred blades does.
