Probably not. Edit: A rezzing pet could introduce a serious inbalance between Factions and Prohecies owners, especially in PvP.

Ok, so the skill needs a buff, we both (ranger and pet) get 3 pips regen, or something based on BM with a slow progression, like Recuperation.

Yeah, I've noticed, never mentioned it because I didn't really wanted it changed.... If it is a problem, don't take it.
You can also use Gimp (GNU Image Manipulation Program) to create those Diff-Images.
Then why not add Needling Shot to finish them off? I mean, that would be the skill to use when they are "halfspiked". The 1 sec cycle it...
